In the island of Tebrate Story/RP I have a crazy cult that has a shrine on a small island on the northern area of the island.  One of the most horrifying things about this cult is that they use transformation magic.  Turning creatures into  monsters.  Or transforming humans into animals or monsters.  Sometimes it turns out right and a new breed is born, sometimes the cult trainees make a horrible deformed monstrosity that looks like it shouldn't be alive.   
So for this challenge create a creature that was made by this cult.
